Spread Love While Providing Meals to San Diegans in Need with Feeding San Diego’s e-Cards

February is the month of love. It’s the perfect time to show your loved ones you care while helping to provide meals for San Diego’s most vulnerable communities facing hunger.

We’ve tapped four talented San Diegans to design e-cards for you to send virtually with love. By making a gift, you will spread love to someone special, help rescue food, and help provide meals for people facing hunger. Every $5 donated helps provide ten meals.

Meet the Artists

Korbin Eddo

Korbin headshot

Korbin is an artist from California whose work is a special part of his life that he wants to share with the world. He felt that it was important to support Feeding San Diego with this project because the organization has personally affected his life and helped his family when they needed food assistance. “The food is good and helped me create amazing memories with my family, so helping out was the least I could do. It really is a beautiful cause,” he shared. IG: @korbindoesartsometimes

Kat Schroeder-Mora

Kat is a fine artist and illustrative designer based in San Diego. Whether in an oil painting or digital illustration, they enjoy using vibrant colors and bold patterns. “Collective care is so important. Combating food waste and distributing food to those who are prevented from having enough is one way to care for our communities. Everyone deserves to eat!” she shared. IG: @artbyakat.

She volunteers at Feeding San Diego with her sister, London, and has done a couple “Chalk the Block” fundraisers. “I give because I know there are a lot of people who need help and Feeding San Diego is there for them, while also helping to reduce food waste.
