SAN DIEGO (March 302021) — This afternoonFeeding San Diego will hold its first large-scale food distribution in the South Bay as part of its Together Tour, a series of large-scale distributions across San Diego County to make access to nutritious food convenient and consistent. After today’s date, the Together Tour continues on with dates in April at Pechanga Arena San Diego, with additional dates and locations to follow. The Together Tour comes after the initial eight large-scale distributions Feeding San Diego has already held in 2021, which served over 20,000 people. Keeping the large-scale distributions ongoing will allow the organization to keep reaching residents in cities hit hard by the pandemic.
