Lisbeth Fletcher

Director of Staff Operations & Administration

Lisbeth Fletcher serves as Director of Staff Operations and Administration at Feeding San Diego, where she leverages more than 15 years of leadership experience in project management, people operations, and organizational effectiveness. In her role, she supports the CEO while helping drive operational excellence across the organization through process improvement, staff training and development, policy guidance, and strategic problem-solving for Feeding San Diego’s nearly 100 employees. 

Before joining Feeding San Diego in 2024, Lisbeth built an accomplished career in software development and product management, leading cross-functional teams and complex initiatives across e-commerce, retail, and merchandising operations. She held senior leadership positions at PlanetArt, FTD, Provide Commerce, and Digital Storage Solutions. During her tenure in the technology sector, she earned Scrum Master and Scrum Product Owner certifications, strengthening her expertise in agile project management and team leadership. 

Lisbeth is a certified human resources professional and holds a project management certification from Cornell University. She earned dual undergraduate degrees from the University of Manitoba in Human Ecology (Clothing and Textiles) and Linguistics, along with a minor in Psychology. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and was a longtime member of the Junior League of San Diego, serving on its Board of Directors in 2015 and 2016. 

A firm believer that food security is a fundamental human right, Lisbeth was drawn to Feeding San Diego by the opportunity to apply her professional expertise in service of a mission that strengthens communities and improves lives. 

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Lisbeth is deeply involved in her local community and her children’s school activities. She and her husband of more than 24 years have three teenage children, and she serves as a parent liaison for both the girls’ and boys’ water polo teams at Torrey Pines High School. She previously served as assistant treasurer for the Del Mar Heights School PTA. Together, her family hosts a popular annual neighborhood block party that brings together 400 to 600 attendees and includes a food drive benefiting Feeding San Diego.
