CalFresh Team Wins Two Awards

At the November all-county CalFresh Task Force Meeting, led by the San Diego Hunger Coalition, local stakeholders voted to recognize outstanding community partnerships.

Nominated for three awards by their peers, the Feeding San Diego CalFresh team was awarded two certificates for their exemplary work in collaborating to improve CalFresh Access; one for their work with the county, specifically Health Coverage Access and the other for their partnership with Sharp Grossmont Hospital and 2-1-1 San Diego.

Thank you to the CalFresh Team for their hard work and dedication to ending hunger in San Diego County.
