Vince Hall is the CEO of Feeding San Diego, the leading hunger-relief and food rescue organization in San Diego County and the only affiliate of Feeding America in the region. Hunger is a daily struggle for one in eight San Diegans, including one in six children. Under Vince’s leadership, Feeding San Diego is innovating creative new approaches to rescuing healthy food which would otherwise go to waste and providing more than 26 million meals every year to people in need.

Vince has extensive nonprofit and public sector management experience, including serving as Staff Director for Governor Gray Davis and lecturing at San Diego State University. He has served on the San Diego Community College District Trustee Advisory Council, the San Diego Unified School District Citizen Bond Oversight Committee, and the boards of the National Conflict Resolution Center, San Diego Regional Technology Alliance, and the San Diego Diplomacy Council. He was also appointed by the Speaker of the California State Assembly to serve on the California Defense Retention and Conversion Council.

Vince received a Bachelor of Arts in speech communication from San Diego State University and a law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
