Top Volunteers: February 2017
Volunteer of the Month
Martin Rosas Jr. has volunteered over 48 hours since May 2016. As a Regular Volunteer, he helps sort and pack food during the evening food sorting shifts at our distribution center. He has worked on projects ranging from sorting Starbucks FoodShare product, gleaning fresh produce for our School Pantry program, to recycling and warehouse cleaning tasks – always with a positive and ‘can-do’ attitude. Having friendly and helpful volunteers like Martin continues to make Feeding San Diego an inclusive and welcoming environment. We truly appreciate his commitment to helping us create a hunger-free and healthy San Diego.
